Our customer satisfaction survey achieved an outstanding response of 30%

Thank you for the many and positive responses we received to our online customer survey in November 2017. Of the 400 registered customer addresses, 150 people filled out the online form. We received very valuable and honest feedback.

We are extremely pleased that the answers from our customers have been so positive. Of course we take the reviews and suggestions as well as the less valued results very seriously and will take appropriate action. We will do our utmost to maintain or even increase this extremely important customer satisfaction.

Our team is looking forward to a continued collaboration.

The customers were also allowed to participate in a competition. 5 lucky winners would receive a voucher. The winners were drawn by Joëlle Läser (Member of the Board) and personally notified.
